What I've always thought, but said so much better.

#4: Owe you an apology?? You fucking Imbecile - don't you understand that PEOPLE DIED LISTENING TO YOU AND BELIEVING YOUR LIES. You can apologize to the thousands of dead and their families, then to God when it's your time.

There are now more children in Texas with the measles than there are trans-athletes in the country.

There's a large strange old stone that reads BABYLAND in the cemetery about 50 feet from my house. Makes sense now.

My local cemetery also has a Babyland section.

God must be looking down on humanity and think, "Holy shit, what have I done?"

1 week ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

No, God is thinking: "I shouldn't have let republicans cut education budgets quite so much."

He already did once, that's how we got the Great Flood. (I mean, if you believe in Bible stories.) "Not water, but fire next time."

if there ever was a god i feel like he noped out after we killed jesus and went to go play with a new planet

Stupid, fucking parents also play a large part in children’s deaths. Social media and the govt deliver the lies but it’s everyone’s responsibility to do their own due diligence, on everything

It's just so strange that so many people who were personally vaccinated as children, with no ill effects, then turn around and decide it's a fanger to their kids. Despite what their pediatricians, whom they are going out of the way to pay for health advice for their children, are recommending. It counteracts all common sense.

On the one hand all the doctors told me that vaccinations save lives, and I myself was vaccinated.

But Sally the cat lady at the end of the street says the vaccinations will literally explode my children and smouldering pair of shoes remaining will be gay and autistic.

I don’t know who to believe.

Sally! I see smoking shoes everywhere i go

NOTE: Sally the cat lady has herself almost certainly gone through at least one round of vaccines during her life - and the only consequence of that was that she was allowed to live long enough to spout murderous conspiracy theories.

Jonas Salk would be rolling in his motherfucking grave

#1 yeah but ya know what none of those children have now? Autism.

Autism just wasn't diagnosed until recently. My sister in law was institutionalized - the symptoms she had - it was probably autism!

prev was making a sarcastic statement: they don't have autism because they're dead

1 week ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

True. /s denotes sarcasm

You took this joke too literally. You know, autism is genetic….

1 week ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Technically, Maybe. It's likely a combination of genetic elements, so whilst it is definitely has hereditary, its not meaningfully genetic in the same way eye colour or sickle cell is. Unless you want to include anything that deals with DNA as genetic, which is problematic as now the common cold is genetic.

Genetics is a really wide umbrella term. Technically I could say autism is quantum. Given the history of Asperger, maybe we have to nuanced.

Possibly 3rd generation autistic ex biologist.

I think the known science disagrees with you, but I don’t know what you just said, other than “technically, maybe” so.

It’s highly heritable.

Indeed.

It's just really complicated, and nuanced.
