Russian missile strike on April 28, 2023 hit a residential building in the Uman city, killing at least 23 people including 4 children and injuring dozens more. During the same strike a mother and a child were killed in Dnipro city.
Previously on April 27 russian missile strike in Mykolaiv killed one and injured 23 people.
