If you can, opt OUT of 'overdraft coverage' immediately. This will make sure that transactions that would overdraft your account are not permitted and you don't get charged fees

Yeah I did that at my job. I found that a customer was paying for a service she should have gotten for free. Looked back and saw she's been overcharged for like 2 years and put the notes on the account put in for a check of 500$ for them, Managers didn't want to give it to her saying we could only credit the last 3 months. I said well I've already told her I'm giving the money back and I' not supporting Fraud and if she sues I'll testify and her discovery team will find more fraudulent accounts.

I’ve had that once or twice. Mastercard gave me money back after they charged interest on a zero balance. I got an additional sum back after a class action suit. They really do just charge interest because they feel like it.

Bank of America illegally stole money from my account with their shitty $12 or $15 maintenance fee. Called them the next day and tore into them. Turns out I wasn’t “grandfathered” into free checking because my account was too new. Guy reversed the charge as a “one time thing” where I went and sucked my account dry then closed it. Haven’t been back since and hope their HQ goes up in flames and no one survives

Frankie Boyle, warning... He can be a bit of an acquired taste with a lot of his content, and has landed in hot water quite a few times. He used to be extremely popular for his outspoken views, but he often went too far for a lot of people. I would advise a trip to a dermatologist first, and check the thickness of your skin before diving into Frankies world.
