Dogs are better than people

I still advise against telling your partner "You're just like your mother"

Additionally, monogamy is not a biological imperative; it's a social construct, built mostly from male jealousy that eventually devolved into religious dogma.

You've got to stop responding to these manosphere dipshits. You platform their bullshit.

There’s more chromosomes than just the X and Y. Like 22 others (in humans) and while mitochondrial DNA is a really interesting, there’s rather a lot more to it

Got it. All women are clones, so I can have sex with any of them and it's not really cheating.

I don't think responding to someone's weird hangup by taking something cool (genetics) and reducing it to an equally weird hangup is actually making anything better.

Sounds like you have a weird hangup there.

So, it doesn't matter much which European woman a man chooses, it is one of the Seven. The difference comes from the man?

No.

What do these numbers mean?
From the clip: "after 5 generations the genetic trace of a mens relatives is only about 3%".
From https://www.amnh.org/exhibitions/permanent/human-origins/understanding-our-past/dna-comparing-humans-and-chimps "Humans and chimps share a surprising 98.8 percent of their DNA."
Something doesn't add up.

98.8% is with respect to the entire genome.

When talking about human variation, we usually only refer to the part of the genome that normally varies between individuals.

There’s a difference between “what makes a species” and “in this species, some of us have blue eyes”

A ford focus and a ford f-150 are 98% the same vehicle, but among the F-150s, some might have power windows, some might not have ac, some might be a stick shift, some might have leather seats, but you won’t confuse any of them with a Focus

After 5 generations, your great-great-great-grandpa-truck’s options are mostly gone, but you’ve still got gran-gran’s lighting package.

Also, people don’t really get how much dna there is or why so much overlaps. There are instructions for ALL the bits. Cells need instructions on what a cell is before they can start adding instructions for extra features like muscles or skin or fingernails, before you can add instructions for where those special cells go. And weirdly, kind of everything living is made out of cells. It’s why we’re also really similar to bananas.
