"envious"....hmmmm...so start with a banana and push it back down your throat and try not to gag...practice....and soon you will be ready to express your envy.....you can hold onto their forearms while...
Sure you can. Just start going to bouldering. It's starting out where everybody can participate as long as they have most arms and legs and then it goes up from that. It's a fun sport that does't require much to start.. provided there's a place near you
Not saying they don’t have upper body strength, their build clearly shows it, but a big chunk of that is converting and perpetuating the initial momentum from their legs at the start.
Try a PSOAS release tool and doing Dead Hangs from a Pull up bar. I can swear by the PSOAS tool. 30 seconds of near blinding agony while laying on it with your full weight provides literal weeks of absolute relief from lower back pain. I'm not fucking kidding. As for dead hangs, start with 30 second intervals to find a position that doesn't hurt to hang from, getting your grip right, then try and work up to 2 minutes, while engaging your Scapula (upper back muscles). Not pulling up or anything.>
Your upper body strength will increase enough that starting to do pullups won't be absolute torture. This is literally just hanging by your arms and tensing your upper body muscles for 2 minutes a day. It's short, it's boring, you can do it before your morning shower, and it's probably one of the best foundational exercises you can do because it fixes ignored muscle groups that affect your motor control but doesn't produce showy muscles.

Hardcore Henry made me realize if I ever got good at parkour, I'd probably decapitate myself.

What he's doing isn't something that's inherent or exclusive to men.
That's what years of hard work and training look like, and pretty much anyone who puts in the effort can eventually do stuff like this.
