Not sure I agree after fully reading the account and followup by a 3rd party. The photographer was fairly clear from the start about the issues (and I know copyright well). The reaction was not good though.

Started with a band called the Agonist, and the 2 albums she did with them are the best female fronted metal I have ever heard. Gotta like her clean vocals though, which I don't think she does with arch.
