Guys, sad news...

I just got a call from my Mom on the way home from school and...Celester passed away today. He had another urinary blockage, so they took him to the vet while I was at school. My mom wasn't at school (since she's a teacher) and I was told she was in a meeting all day. A few hours later, my brother has come to pick me up from school and take me home early.

I asked why, and he said it was probably best to wait till we get home. Out of curiousity and concern, I texted Mom and asked if something was wrong with Celester, since he had been having urinary problems two days before today, and she called and dropped the news that they-just a few minutes ago-had received a call from the vet that he had died.

I honestly don't even know how to feel. I feel like I should be crying, but mostly I'm just confused and in denial.

So I'm going to dedicate this post to Celester, the annoying, cocky, smart little sweetheart he was and share some of the pictures I have of him.

Celester, despite being annoying, cocky, and mood-swinging, was one of the best friends I could have ever had. I can't remember how long we've had him, but he will always be in our hearts. Now he's God's kitty, up there in Heaven just across the Rainbow Bridge.

Rest in peace, Celester. We'll always love you.
