And I suppose you don't believe that Kim Jong Un has such an efficient constitution that he neither urinates or defecates. DJT on the other hand looks like shit because someone took the piss out of him.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

More like 4.8% cankles.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

4.8% fat 95.2% shit

4 months ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Wait. Trump lied?

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

4 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

To be fair, DJT really is only 4.8% body fat, but he is also about 15% McChicken fat, 17% Filet-O-Fish fat, and 23% McFries fat.

They probably meant 4.8% not fat.

Lol 4.8%... perhaps they meant 48%

4 months ago | Likes 90 Dislikes 0

That may be about right. Above 25% is obesity and he's definitely obese

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

4.8% fat, 50% shit

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That man is practically made of mayonnaise

4 months ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 0

Why is this so funny? πŸ˜‚

4 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

no doctor with half a brain would claim that. anyone who has been at the gym knows that a 15% is already damn good

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

yeah, anything below that would be considered a possible health concern (your body does need *some* fat to function)

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Got the numbers right, but the units wrong.
4'8"
224 Kilograms
63% body fat.

did the doctor learn math percentages from RFK jr.?

.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's true using Trump math! 600%

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Seems more like 48% body fat, but sure.
DK looks more like .5% body fat.
He looks like he should be in an old spice commercial.

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Is your man that kind of man that can bake you a cake in the custom kitchen that he built with his own hands?

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Considering rump's nonsense math skillz, he doubtless has the decimal in that body fat percentage in the very wrong place. Surely he means 48% body fat.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They were using Trump Math! Now with not understanding percentages!

Shit, I'm 6'4", 400 lbs and like 30% cookie dough and I look better than Trump

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Look y'all.

Neither of these people are 5% body fat.

DK is likely 8-10%. Which is where most NFL players live, as you're lean and light, but not unhealthy. 5% body fat is what pro bodybuilders walk on stage around (some a bit higher than that) and at that level the striations on damn near EVERY muscle are visible.

You also can only be that lean for about 3 days before it's detrimental to your health.

Let's not spread lies. That's the other teams play.

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Too true

4 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Also.... Getting stage lean SUCKS.

The Henry Cavill interview where he talks about smelling water is pretty similar.

You're running hot from tons of cardio, but because your BF% is so low, you're cold AF. You have to pee constantly, because you're drinking 2-3 gallons of water a day. You also have no reserves so you're exhausted from 2-3 workouts a day.

But. You look INCREDIBLE. And it's the culmination of 6 months of work.

Funny thing is the guy on the right would be considered overweight based on the BMI charts.

4 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

People love to point that out and nobody is in doubt if one is muscular or fat when they exceed bmi

4 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Only because you can see a picture of them. If all you had was gender, height, and weight, you wouldn't know how much of that weight was muscle and how much was fat.

4 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Overweight" and "Fat Piece of Shit" aren't synonyms.

4 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

It was more a comment about how stupid the BMI charts are especially for taller people.

4 months ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Not tryna argue. Just like saying fat piece of shit when making a reference to....that fat piece of shit.

4 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

For sure, to be clear that fat piece of shit is likely 5'10" and well north of 250#, without an ounce of muscle.

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Oh he’s about 6’ 1” I think, but as someone who once weighed 475lbs, I know 315 when I see it.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm 5'9 205. Trump is every bit of 300 pounds or more

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

100% false. Body mass index puts anyone below 18% as "unhealthy low body fat". Ideal (healthy) body fat is 18% - 25%. Over-weight is 25% - 30% and obese is 30% or higher. Spreading inaccurate information like 5% BMI is considered overweight is reckless and dangerous for people with body dysmorphia.

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 10

BMI has been repeatedly discredited as a measure of health.

The only metrics it uses are height and weight, and there are a huge number of complicating factors that are simply ignored.

A person can have a high enough BMI rating to be considered obese and still have less than 20% body fat.

I specifically said the "BMI Charts" which is VERY different than actual body mass index. FTR I just checked and at 6'3" 230# the BMI chart puts this guy at 28.7 which is closer to "obese" than healthy. Try it yourself if you don't believe me https://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/calculate-your-bmi

My comment was just to point out how ridiculously inaccurate the BMI charts are especially for taller people.

4 months ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

I understand your comment and I know it didn't come from a bad place. I have experience with people who have had body dysmorphia. Apologize for jumping on you. Have a nice day.

4 months ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Trust me I get it. I'm 6'5" and the one time I got down (just barely) to "normal" on the BMI charts (209) people kept asking if I was OK I looked so emaciated.

4 months ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Those charts are grossly inaccurate. They have his % written right there. If he is 5% (which is unlikely probably in high teens) they would have had to measure it hydrostatically. Regardless people see an image of a muscular man who is very fit with a clear label saying 5% body fat then hear comments that they're considered overweight is a dangerous message.

4 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I was very clear in what I was referring to.
