Same name, at least. IMO not even all Christians worship the same god. Some of them have a God who is compassionate and merciful and wants them to do good deeds for others and take care of the poor and downtrodden. Others have a vengeful god who sends hurricanes for gays and abortions and rewards people's "holiness" with obscene riches. They might both be called "God", but the only similarity is the name.

Technically speaking, “Allah” just means “God,” while specifically referring to the God of Moses and Abraham, whom Jews, Christians, and Muslims basically all believe in. “Allah” is also the term that Arabic-speaking Christians use to refer to God. I doubt, however, that Trump or any of his brain-dead followers know this.

Not the exact same, but Christianity and Islam are sequels/spin-offs of Judaism.
There is no Jesus in Judaism and much less the trinity, and while Islam acknowledges Jesus as one of the prophets it does not attribute godhood to him.
