I thought about this program at Greenland in Seattle. Take shelter dogs on walks with a vest that says adopt me. Easy way to start conversations, gets the pups out and promotes adoption... (of the dog, not the guy but hey you do you)

I stayed single as long as I explicitly tried to meet women. Only when I said "fuck it, let's see what happens", that changed.

my friend in college had the right idea. When he took his dog on a walk, he would stop by the campus pub and tie her up outside so he can go in and get a pint. He then goes back out to see what he "caught".

I formerly worked multiple roles in veterinary medicine or animal care. Nearly every one of my colleagues was a woman, especially if you don't count the 50+ year old doctors. If you need help meeting women and/or learning how to speak with women, animal care is a decent place to start. Pro tip - befriend the strong lesbian and practice talking to her. She'll probably also know who's single, looking, unavailable, and does/doesn't prefer men/women.
