In the past year or so I’ve absolutely become obsessed with painting forests. Usually with a strong sense of morning or afternoon light, or nocturnes. These are all oil paintings. Happy scrolling!

These are really beautiful, and I'm always a sucker for scenes that ride the fine line between perfectly harmless and a little unsettling, like the one of the tall almost bare trees and the car interior one. Keep up the awesome work!

@OP these are really impressive. Have you had any museum gallery exposure?
Unfortunately, I don't have any context there, but the Denver museum is very large and has exhibition space that would be well suited to showing off much of your work.

The Denver museum has lots of paintings of the west and many of them feature trees and landscapes. It's one of my all-time favorite museums in the US. Where are you based?
