Impressive you even knew to check. Most people call everything an acronym and leave it at that. It's obscure enough that it's not worth it to correct anyone but I try my best to use them appropriately and I definitely notice when someone else does!

I had a guy from work one night walking back from a bar, we reached my house and he had another km or so to get to his, and I said see you later, and apparently he had to pee so he unzipped and started doing it against my fence. I pointed out, LOUDLY, that my garage ~5 meters away, had a toilet NEXT TO IT, so he looked at me weird, then moved about a meter, and started pissing against my neighbors fence.

Technically yes, if properly coded. For example, mRNA vaccines generate a protein in the cell. You can in principle make this a psychoactive chemical instead of a viral protein.
