T ran on being President during the 250th in order to have a celebration worthy of the anniversary. Instead, he ignored it until the last minute, destroyed most of DC (including the White House and the Reflecting Pool). He made the celebration about himself instead of about the milestone. He pushed to have his face on a commemorative coin. He told people to show up for this "fair" to support HIM. Not the country. HIM. That's why it has failed. Tomorrow's the 4th... And it's basically ignored.

You guys think that it's republicans but that's only a label, on the left you see a large group of uneducated people taken advantage of by the advertising incentives who emotionally manipulated them with half truths, on the right the absence notes how Americans may be more united than what media tries to show sowing division with rage bait articles etc. it's important to note that it may even be that there's a difference in how folks intent on harming the country are hiding behind misdirections
