I am diving into my personal experience returning to a party filled with Hollywood folks from my past life - who until now have only known me as my old masculine self - and it spurred some amazing conversation points for me to deep dive into trans existence in our current world, but mainly, what it means to be Trans at social gatherings.

If people ask me about bottom surgery, I just start playing dumb and tell them all about my colonoscopy.

100% Ashley is so cool and a truly amazing person. At the end of the day we are all people and we as people deserve love, safety, and happiness. Unless you are a POS human then that changes things.

The amount of times a cis person has felt entitled to know about my junk is... I've lost count now. A lot. They feel very comfortable asking randomly. Like, that is not an ok topic of conversation to have with someone who is just going about her day.

Also yes, we can tell you about sex stuff that cisgender people simply do not know but can totally benefit from. Like the inguinal canals for a start. Apparently cisgender people don't know about them!

1 week ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 3

What kind of stuff could you tell them? Besides muffing, which is something I never thought I'd learn.

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I knew of them as something to enjoy looking at but not as something to interact with during sex (beyond the general touching everything aspects).

1 week ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I recently randomly learned about muffing. So that lives in my brain now.

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Same :D

I gave it a try and it did nothing for me, I wonder if that confirms I'm a cis man? /j

Being nicer to people is likely to lead to better sex. (Or at least more sex.) But more importantly it leads to more smiles, more conversations, more getting to know about things you never knew about or places you've never been or likely to get to. It creates a widening circle of less strife as those who witness kindness react with their own smiles and changes in attitudes. The things I learn in airports (I'm in them a lot) are amazing. One older couple recently told me about their world /1

travels. Another young lady gave me tips on who and where to go to for great snorkeling and dives (she's apparently a free diver and knows people across the world) and my wife and I just recently got into snorkeling. Another guy invited me to his martini bar in Chicago. It's a blast to get to know these people.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tiresias

In Greek mythology, Tiresias lived part of his life as a woman. The gods asked him how the sex was, and he said "Of ten parts a man enjoys one only; But a woman enjoys the full ten parts in her heart"

Once in a foreign country i was walking back to the hotel late at night, and a "Trans boy with tits" (sorry i don't have much vocabulary in this matter), no offense intended) stopped his motorbike and offered to take me home, i was very close to my destination, so i politely refused but i found a banknote on the ground, so i took it and gave it to him, because i told him i found it because of him, and he was kind to offer to drive me home, he was so happy ! Then i accepted his lift.
Be kind !

Any trans person willing for me to be nice to?

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Personally, being at parties is weird.

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm already good at sex, I'll just continue being nice to people for the love of the game.

If sex wasn't brought up I obviously wouldn't mention this...but if there is the possibility of intimacy/sex...it's perfectly appropriate to determine what parts your potential partner has before the encounter. It's not transphobic to have a preference of equipment. That being said...it's obviously inappropriate to ask someone personal questions if you do not have a personal relationship with them.

1 week ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

If it's a dating/hook-up situation, that's definitely ok to ask. But also, the trans person is very likely going to volunteer the information before you even ask if things are progressing towards intimacy. They don't want you to be surprised by anything anymore than you do. Probably even less so, since some people's reactions to such a surprise could be quite violent.

I put this pic on all my gaming profiles. I don't have the time, tolerance or patience to deal with trash anymore. lost quite of bit of online friends but good fucking riddance! I want anyone who joins my lobby to feel safe and comfortable. I mean I might trash talk your gameplay hehe but never who you are. Love you, Ashley! 💜💜💜

I seek the forbidden knowledge.

#2 - That is a conversation you have with a prospective partner as it becomes important. Leading with it is wildly fucking unhinged can/will/should get you maced (spray or otherwise).

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just don't go around asking strangers about their medical history. Trans of not. It's a bit rude to presume they'll want to talk about any of it.

Now, if they come and start talking to you about their latest colonoscopy, then sure, ask away.

1 week ago | Likes 74 Dislikes 3

Also, I don't recommend bringing up your last colonoscopy unless something particular humorous happened.

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Semi-related, but I have some VERY large and obvious surgical scars on my abdomen. When someone just comes at me and askes me about them, it's off-putting. Like, they aren't affecting you, so fuck off, ok? But with a little chatting and some genuine interest shown? Open book, no restraint, I'll give my damned medical history because it's a wild, interesting ride.

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm hesitant to mention it because I don't want to sound like I'm whatabouting but pregnant women get this so much too!

It's not completely absent from other people (I had a cast on my arm and had random strangers walk up to me to ask about it) but there's at least an order of magnitude different.

1 week ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

How WAS your latest colonoscopy by the way?

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Haven't had one yet, but I'm already over 40, so I should get that checked out soon.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My dad told me the prep is worse than the procedure — and he was right!
Once I got on the table and they got into my colon, it went pretty well.
It was fascinating watching the monitor, actually.

How else am I supposed to find out if the lady in line ahead of me ever had an appendectomy? What am I supposed to talk about? The weather??

1 week ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

You could always hack the hospital database so you don't interrupt their shopping experience.

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You don't need to be a creep about it, just approach her and lift her shirt to check for a scar. Much simpler than having to annoy her with your questions.

1 week ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Is that an Australian greeting?

. . . . . . . . I don't know !

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I would like to believe that I would just talk normally instead of letting my inner stupid teenager take the wheel.
I'd probably be too nervous to try and strike up a conversation anyway.
But it's a moot point anyway. I don't get invited to many parties these days. I prefer to chill at home anyway.
As I've gotten older, I've become more introverted and boring, lol.
My party days are behind me.

I don't want to have sex with anyone. Can I just be nice to trans people anyway?

1 week ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Our ace allies are some of the best

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you’re nice in general i can almost guarantee you have better sex

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It would be an absolutely laughable claim to say that you can tell everyone how they, individually, could have "better" sex. To say that you know, how everybody else, with all the different people in the world, know how everyone of them could have the best sex of their life, is beyond bold and simply ridiculous.

Do they serve the Spice Melange as medication in transition now ? Does your mind transcend with transition and makes you omniscient ? All i know now, trans people can also talk shit.

It’s a joke you rube

Oh look, moving the goalposts AND unprovoked ad hominem. Someone should look up the meaning of rube and projection before using it again.

Diagnosis is clear.

Whether or not a trans person still has their starter equipment is no one's business

1 week ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 4

Lol. Starter equipment

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, it's the business of potential sex partners, to be fair. But different people have different points where they feel they should disclose that information, and that's fair. It should definitely be before you're stripping naked to have sex for the first time, but other than that...

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

People's medical history is not your business just yours is nobody else's

1 week ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 4

Up to and including such questions as "are you pregnant?"

1 week ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

Yes. They will tell you if it is

1 week ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Apparently people don't like the idea they shouldn't just randomly ask if a woman is pregnant...

Young westerners need to know: there is no such thing as 'trans' beyond the tiny cohort of true transexuals. The pendulum is now well and truly swinging back on this post-structuralist derangement. The U.K. Labour Health Minister recently stated that women don't have penises. And it's important for those adherent to the derangement to see it in broader context: 'The Covid vaccine stops you getting Covid.' 'Some women have penises.' 'Diversity is our strength.'

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 6

you have severe brain damage

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Labour UK has cracked. The anti-left is rising across western Europe. The U.S. elected Trump. Trudeau is out. Nationalism is peaking in Australia. China never touched trans. Islam hates all non-heteros. Africa is swinging against you. Putin is anti-LGBTQI. But the best you can muster is 'You have severe brain damage'?

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

Every citizen has the right to be involved in this debate. Serious research shows that almost nothing of the 'trans' narrative is real. ('trans genocide' comes immediately to mind.) Dr. Jane Clare Jones notes: ' . . . the fact that gender-identity ideology cannot withstand interrogation is . . . heavily implicated in why its advocates are so fond of vilifying and censuring their critics.'

Step on a landmine.

1 week ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

. . . the number of young adults and college students identifying as transgender or nonbinary peaked in 2023 and has noticeably declined since . . . ' Should these kids likewise step on a landmine? 'Trans' was an artefact. Trans-abled is the best example: John can walk, but he says he can't. So . . . can he walk? Depends on your politics. Transgender, trans-race, trans-age, trans-abled -- they are all nonsense.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

You don’t actually know any trans people, anything about trans people, or anything about human biology, psychology or sociology beyond a poorly administered grade school education.
I’m not looking to interact with you, I’m simply stating this for anyone unfortunate enough to read your comments. You are ignorant, a troll, or both.

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Why the fuck do you think it declined? Could it be the constant attacks? Could it be the constant accusations? Hostility? Who wants to openly identify as trans or nonbinary, if everyone instantly attacks them then? You are an artefact, one that should be buried alive under manure.

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

And . . . threats of murder! I'm writing for those reading. So: enormous amounts of money and Gubmint power have been brought to bear to assist 'trans' people. And a question: is 'trans genocide' happeing? Or has the claim been disproven?

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Noones reading. Not the drivel you spout. And you dont know what "threats" are. Fucking ridiculous. Yes, the genocide is happening, multiple governments are entirely dedicated to erasing trans/non binary people now. Go back to whatever rightwing site you came from.
