It's not like they installed a liner.. That shit paint they used was done on a poorly prepared surface. Thats why it came off. He used the low bid pool company that does all his properties on the cheap. Who then went cheap on the prep work and that shit peeled straight up. The peroxide likely didn't help that process.

I work in facility management. A contractor installed a new floor surface in one of my buildings. It started peeling up. Contractor had to come back and repair it AT HIS COST. Is there no warranty on reflecting pool work? Did the Orange Asshole Administration not insist on a guarantee? Because it seems like the people who got the pool contract (without bidding on it) should be responsible for fixing their mistake. Unless some fucking clown keeps claiming "vandalism" which might negate that.

You can post up to 3 images this way, but they have to be on separate lines. Doing SHIFT+ENTER makes it possible. I do it on a laptop. Haven't figured out how to do it on a virtual keyboard...
