An oldie but a goodie

Every. Single. Time.

Sent this to my dad. He said it's his new retirement plan.

This needs to happen.

Funny, but still say Rowling needs to sell her rights to HP and keep her mouth shut.

This happened to me yesterday.

I can't really cook because I suffer from a debilitating disease called laziness.

#1 I've seen that picture a few times lately. I have this book of unused postcards.

#29 FUCK NO. This is 100% wrong. Have a more accurate chart:

I read that as undead books at first.

Gee, thanks! Now I have another thing to try and weave into a D&D campaign.

#17 This is fine though. This is way better than doing something dangerous to make that exit. Since my kids were kids (they are 18 now) I have narrated exactly this as it happens "oops I can't get over safely. Oh well we can turn around at the next exit."

Don't let a navigational error become a safety hazard.

I know a couple of people that I wish thought of it like that.

It's very sweet to donate anything you can. ...but money is the thing that can be used most effectively and with the least time wasted, so when you're donating to any charitable thing (animal shelter or not) consider money.

Just make sure they are legitimate first. If they are sticking their hands out and don't provide 990/990ez documents, they are a fraud. No one should have to dig for them which is not transparent and they count on that. If they have their 501c3 status under a different name, another example of fraud

#16 ‐ watching The Molly McGuires in the theater - tense courtroom scene when they ask Richard Harris his occupation and he says "I'm a detective" and the whole audience grasped and I turned to look at my date - SHE WAS ASLEEP

#47 me telling my iPhone 4S that, no, I still don’t want to update to the 64bit iOS that shut out any app in the store that wasn’t updated by the developer…I will keep Dungeon Raid (one of the the best mobile puzzle games ever) and that other favorite app….remind me later!

#43 - Brian Jacques went HAM on the food descriptions for the same reason C.S. Lewis had Edmund sell out his family for candy - war rationing.

#41 Bold of you to assume these two unforgiving forces haven't clashed before.

#21 Seen this a few times now. It's missing the Rock's reaction shot at the end. It's the whole point of the bit.

That. That is not blue. The blue looks like rare, the rare looks like medium rare, the medium rare looks like medium. Blue is pretty much raw with a cooked outside.

#24 I’ve seen many variations on this joke. This particular one should have an artists credit somewhere.

I wonder if I could somehow get an antivirus to flag it as malware.

#11 I've lost 156 lbs in the last 18 months; I have a person in mind that I would happily give that weight to.

5 days ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

If its the same person I'm thinking of there would be so many people choosing him that he might collapse into a black hole. Which is even better because he hates people who are black.

How is #38 "one of the most intellectual puns the commenter has ever seen"? it doesn't even have layers or anything going on beyond just "the word 'degree' has 2 meanings". Their bar for "intellectual" is very low...

#1 My wife is into reading, and loves book shopping, We don't have a lot of money, but clearance and thrift store books sell for $1-2, so we frequently go buy a couple at a time. We're about to leave to go buy more books today.
But she's not a fast reader, and we've been buying books for 10 years now. We have over 2000 unread books in this house now...

At that point, I wouldn't call it a home, I would call it a library with a bed. And now I wish I had a library with a bed.

5 days ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#10 I would not repair it.

5 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nope. I would leave it just like that. Maybe make it look like The Sandlot.

Someone in the group would trade snacks/treats for the coin, the dragon would follow them, then they’d pay the dragon to light our campfire and the coin would be stored on the dragon in a special leather harness until it wanted to buy treats again, and repeat.

My armor is like tenfold tinfoil, my teeth are pushpins, my claws toothpicks, the shock of my tail a rubber band snap, my wings a breeze, and my breath: garlicky!

4 days ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Okay, I am adding that to a D&D campaign.

#29 steak snobs can just fuck right off.

3 days ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Sorry if people having more taste than "Burn it in the fire" offends you. Here's a diaper and a coloring book.

3 days ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

The exact extreme end of responses 100% always coming from steak snobs, who're generally toxic masculinity alpha types with lifted trucks. Your type always insist anyone else is diminutized by their flavor choices and insist well done means burnt. Absolute nonsense and you know it. Gatekeepers. Never seen one of you eat medium rare burger meat in a taco. You'd flip if that shit was pink. Like wine snobs, none of you would know the difference in a blind test. Pretend superiority

3 days ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I had a response thought up, but I've already made you rage-cry twice over a damn meme. Maybe you need a break from the internet and some anger management classes.

3 days ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Projection, pure and simple. You diminutize again, claiming fake superiority over steak, of all lame ass things, then claim the other at fault. Typical abusive behavior from your type. What a fucking loser.

3 days ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

🤣 "Help! I'm being abused after I had a conniption over someone saying well done steak was bad."
