EDIT: Frozen fruit is great for cooling your drink without diluting it. Im drinking red wine, vodka and gin with frozen mango in. Wierd, but yummy!

Also, a less boozy use for frozen fruit: drop a few frozen strawberries into hot chocolate that's too hot, cool it down and it's tasty!
