The diagram shows two red arcs that pivot at the bullet hole in the windscreen. The argument is if the shooter was in any position in the arc at the cars front the line a bullet would travel to it's complimentary position on the far arc is through the hole, and could not possibly have struck the driver. Also at the time the vehicle started moving, the tire was turned right, for them to leave. You can also tell from how early he changed hands with his phone and drew, he fully intended to fire on her before she started moving.
