Then you aren't going into enough neutral spaces. Most of them, like most Ds, just don't vote. We are so gerrymandered that most of them don't think it will make a difference. Voting in Idaho, Texas, South Carolina, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington is performative no matter who you vote for.
Many of them are more progressive than the majority of the Democrats. But maybe start with things like who's going to harvest the fields instead of trying to take their guns.
