Russia and North Korea vote against the rest of the UN, especially anything to do with France, Germany, UK or USA by default before they even heard the resolution. They didn't "join" the US in voting.
Most of the rest of the EU abstained due to the content of the resolution and the agenda the administrator was pushing. US flat out voted against it as well they should. Look at the resolution before you push this false information. Like... do you even attempt to process the CCP's propaganda?

Sorry, but Trump, Maga, and the Heritage Foundation did not appear out of thin air. The US has been a shithole country since its founding. There was a short period in the mid-late 20th century when it was decided if America were to colonize the world they should probably try to act like a non-shithole country so others would buy in to their brand of Democratic capitalism, but with the collapse of the USSR that fell apart.
