Influencers are as delusional as religious people imo. You really think you’re on par with celebrity status because you have 1,000 followers Becca because they all like your matcha video, like oh em gee.

Normal people just switch on the camera after they have done all that fancy preparation stuff. ;-)

The RAGE I am instantly flooded with! Well done.

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I apparently don’t watch enough influencers to get the joke and I’m perfectly ok with that.

Omg the stupid tapping fingernails

I usually finish chewing my bite before taking another...

Was that first sandwich just a Jam Sandwich where he jammed 2 slices of bread together with nothing in it?

2 weeks ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

How do I learn to be sexy like that?

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

That was infuriating. Well done +1

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Nah, influencers take one bite and act like it's the best thing they've ever eaten.

2 weeks ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

The wide eyes *pause* "OMG, you guys...NO, WAIT!" finger curled in front of their mouth, and I need to stop cuz im pissing myself off lol

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

i'm just kindof annoyed neither of these have lettuce etc.. if you are going al cheese and meat, grill that fkr!.. maybe not with swiss though, this is just a bad sammich imo

You should make a video and try to influence people on the best way to make a sandwich. /jk

2 weeks ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

to be fair, I do post recipes and techs occasionally, nobody pays me for it though ;)..

2 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm pretty sure that first "sandwich" is just bread

2 weeks ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Did you see the one he made though? 1 piece of cheese and 2 thin slices of meat. Nonsense.

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'm thankful I have avoided that second kind of content so far.

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

fake, you did not take 15 photos of that sandwich for each instagram, tiktok, facebook, ebay, linkedin, walmart whatapp group, 18 discord servers, meccha chameleon collap group and your secret furry forum ... smh

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

lol linkedin. "Here Are 10 Actionable Business Insights I Got From A Sandwich"

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Stating the obvious. I've never been swayed to try ANYthing by an "influencer." The entire culture is attention-seeking nonsense.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Unrealistic. Where's the plug for RAID: SHADOW LEGENDS?

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nahh, you forgot the part where the thing they made is so extremely good that they have to throw it across the room into the wall.
If not the food then the plate, utensil, or anything really.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Missing the fake orgasm face they all make when they take a bite.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm amazed at how the sandwich is so shite with both versions. I'm not confident this man has ever had a satisfactory sandwich in his life.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

1. PREPARING a sandwich is not EATING a sandwich.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you're being influenced by an influencer it's time to re-evaluate your life choices.

What do you think commercials are sweeheart?

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Don't think they have the capacity.

2 weeks ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Trauma is a bitch, turning to someone that says that they have all the answers feels like a safe space

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Who influences the influencers?

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I won't be influenced by you!

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

If you spend time on social media, to include Imgur, you are influenced by influencers.

Intelligence helps tremendously

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You're right it does. But more often that not when people say that it's the Dunning-Kruger effect in action.
In the end it doesn't really matter how smart a person is, they're always gonna be susceptible to manipulation.
A smart person doesn't think they're immune, they consider how they've been affected and try to look past it.
The people who think they're immune instead just ignore or don't notice all but the most obvious influences.

Heilmann is shit mayonnaise. Try Tommy instead.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is sort of sexist because the routine only makes fun of female influencers. You need to show the male influencers moaning and orgasming over bites of mediocre fried street food too and telling everyone the tourism sponsor whom they started chatting with online one week ago is their dear friend they have known since childhood

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Gender bending is always good for a laugh though. A woman doing that and saying “bro” a lot would be good too.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Yeah, I agree. Had a laugh over it myself. Still, someone needs to do justice by overhyping like men do over mid grub

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

*lowkey* so afraid to try this

Now I want to see what he's a cackling about because it has to good

2 weeks ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 2

Do people?

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Some do some of the time, but not all do all of the time. Such is the absurdity of the existence.

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

One needs to define "do"

If "do" is living, then we all "do"

But what is truly living?

Is it waking up, is it excelling at a skill, is it managing to procreate?

We may not all "do"

But by that metric, "do" is defined by the person

So in a way, we all "do" all of the time

But by comparison, we may not all "do" all of the time

Life is shared by all, but only experienced by one as defined by the person experiencing it

Existence is absurd, a farce even, but uniquely beautiful

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I am one person, I do.

I can't speak for the group but there's usually somebody who agrees with me... even if we both wind up being wrong.

Influencers are the worst kind of people

2 weeks ago | Likes 339 Dislikes 6

I wouldn't know. I've never watched them

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You give them too much credit...

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Arguably, the worst kind of people are the ones who follow them. Influencers wouldn’t exist if there wasn’t a demand.

2 weeks ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

They're just pathetic wannabes. Nobody beats the Grey Poupon Masters.

2 weeks ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Parasites

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I saw a video that really changed my mind about influencers--in a world where jobs want to consume all of our time and energy to make profit for someone else, people see being an influencer as a way to reclaim some control over their life while still being able to pay bills.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They used to be called "salesmen".

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nah, I think pedos are worse.

2 weeks ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Yup, they're definitely worse than child rapists.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I mean, people who want to be influencers just to be influencers are generally terrible. But technically speaking anyone with a sizeable online audience can qualify as an influencer, including people who actually have good and interesting things to say and/or produce worthwile content.

2 weeks ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 3

I always distinguish between influencers and content creators.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nah, the capitalists using them to use us are worse.

2 weeks ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 4

Ahh... The old "just following orders"- routine...

2 weeks ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 5

No, you misunderstood. I'm not excusing the choices the influencers are making. I'm saying they aren't the worst or the worse.

2 weeks ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Yeah, I got that, and my comment wasn't pointed at you, as such, more towards the wording of them getting 'used'... I don't believe that is the case. They know damn well, what they are doing, and the harm they cause. They just don't care.

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It's possible to be a victim and a victimizer at the same time. The one doesn't excuse the other.

We agree they're often pieces of shit. I'm just saying they're pieces of shit trapped in a shitty system we built and can change, if we want.

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Correct opinion! If you hate influencers then you’re misdirecting your antagonism. It’s capitalism that makes the exist and be shitty.

2 weeks ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

I have enough hate for both

2 weeks ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Hating both is absolutely valid!

2 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Good, @itshairtime1234360 pls hate both — so long as we all understand that one necessitated the creation of the other. Much like Trump is the symptom, not the disease, influencers and the attention economy in which they flourish is a downstream effect of capitalism.

2 weeks ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

They're a bad influence

They are called manipulators
