2024 Community Mixtape Vol. 12 - All Purpose

I'm Benny, one of the Community Managers 'round these parts.

For the uninitiated, in 2022, we started a new tradition. Each month, I asked the community to share their favorite songs with the world. From those songs, the top 50 by upvote were then added to a playlist.

This year, we will choose songs by their use case. At the end of the year, we will have a playlist for many common occasions. Today I am here to present last month's volume and collect 50 tracks for this month. Since it's the end of the year, I figured we'd do a free for all.

A longstanding rule of the mixtape is no repeats. This includes tracks from last year. Keep that in mind when suggesting tracks for this free for all. If the track you suggested exists anywhere else on the mixtape, it will be skipped.

While chart toppers are nice, they risk being repeats. Try to come up with a few deep cuts if you want your comment to make the cut!

In that post I will combine the 12 Volumes into one massive mixtape for you all to enjoy.

It's been a blast collecting tracks from you all this year, and I can't wait to see how the stats look. Considering we added songs based on their use case, we should have a playlist as varied as it is useful.
