I've found that I sleep better if I'm lightly caffeinated. But there are a lot of strange things about my metabolism that my doctor doesn't believe, so I have to guess and test everything.

I miss caffeine pills... It was the best way to wake up in the morning! I'd set my alarm, alarm would wake me up, quickly I'd drink one caffeine pill, press snooze, and go back to sleep. By the time alarm went off again, the pill would take effect, and I'd immediately be awake and ready. Sadly, I'm not supposed to mix caffeine with ADHD meds :/

The meds I'm taking raise blood pressure, and caffeine raises it even further, so it either blood pressure meds (which I don't like, since they make me tired), or avoid caffeine and other blood raising foodstuffs.
