But I am also wary of turning over every aspect of my existence to a power I have no control over. It's cheaper than human labor and companies don't give a damn about the customer experience unless they see huge profit losses. If it can sort of accomplish the task, that's good enough for them, until the mistakes and lost customers outweigh the labor savings. But by then it'll be too late.
