ICE agents detained a man in Passaic, New Jersey, after he claimed to be a U.S. citizen. They took him down and handcuffed him while he repeatedly pleaded with them to check his ID.

So, they have given up even pretending to wear uniforms and just toss a vest over the t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers? The "police" name plates are not even consistent. These are just law enforcement cosplayers

Fuck ICE.

Every single agent needs to be charged and publicly shamed

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

You mispelled "arrested, tried, imprisoned, and/or hanged."
I gotchu.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The sad part is, they will take him to a holding center where he will spend 3 days. Once they confirm that he is a US citizen, they will drop him off in the next town over in an empty parking lot with one shoe and not even give him his ID, phone, or wallet back.

1 month ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 3

Yeah, because that happens alot. They certainly won't just ship his ass off to El Salvador and need SCOTUS to force them to bring him back.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

They don't care, they have quotas to fill

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Not many wearing masks anymore? Interesting.

Holy fuuuuuck you got some issues there America

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Y'all better hope we overcome this shit too. Cause the far right in your country is watching too. Fascism is back in fashion, and I'm afraid if we fall here, there wont be much left to stand up to it. Dont ever start thinking "Well that cant happen here" because before 2015 I thought the exact same thing.

1 month ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Hell, an unsettling number of people in the US *STILL* think it can't happen here.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Eliminate ICE.

Straight up arm around throat stranglehold-deadly force on non-violent suspect on which ICE has no jurisdiction. "Strangleholds and chokeholds are generally prohibited or heavily restricted by law enforcement agencies throughout the United States. While there is no singular, sweeping federal criminal statute that outlaws them, a combination of federal agency bans, state laws, and local department policies have made their routine use illegal or categorized them strictly as deadly force" 1 torture

I suspect that their only true objective is to foment outrage in order to incite protests which will immediately and categorically be deemed violent so that Trump can yry to delay or cancel the midterms.

The I see no need for steps 1 & 2 are the most essential. What is important is to not show mercy

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Agree; the fact that they've been judge, jury and executioner to so many people doesn't make it "fair" to treat them the same way; that's not how justice works. If criminals deserve no justice, how do you determine they're actually criminals?

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

(this is how the entire US Justice system seems to work btw, but as I said that doesn't mean it's right)

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Correct! We should bring them to justice and not show mercy, even if that verdict is executed

and border patrol

1 month ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

ICE is border control; so, yes.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

both are DHS, and BOTH have been killing americans for a while. But ice was created after border patrol in 2003.

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

They are all so desperate to be involved in the "takedown". Five dudes acting like they are sure this one, compliant, non-struggling dude is about to bolt, so they're FIGHTING to KEEP HIM UNDER CONTROL. Guy is just standing there. And then just lying there... 😢

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Why’s it always take 4-5 officers to manhandle one guy? Pathetic loser boys.

1 month ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 2

thought the same. fucking cowards

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

group pressure. Everyone gets involved, so if they get caught in worse things, no one is innocent.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Not defending ICE, but if your job is to control an adult man then you want as much help as possible to reduce your risk levels. Not sure if you understand how dangerous humans are, but anyone who wants to go home each night will absolutely try to have as many bodies as possible to take down anyone. 1v1 is stupid. 5v1 makes sense. Still ACAB but it makes sense.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

True. I hear you. But it sure makes them look like cowards.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Only to morons who think that honorable fighting is real. Some folks live in a fantasy and think that overwhelming force is cowardly. Or bombing unarmed soldiers is cowardly. Or drone pilots are cowards. Or shooting someone with a knife is cowardly. They watch movies and are stupid. The only right way to fight is to ensure that you win and don't get hurt. Using 6 or more people to restrain someone is smart because your side is going to be safe and will win. All other guidelines are nonsense.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everyone wants a piece. Hurting to helpless people makes their tiny peepees hard.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

It always amazes me to see non-white ICE agents. You dumb shits don't think you're next? You think your "colleagues" won't treat you exactly like this as soon as they're told/allowed to?

1 month ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

It's called "pick-me's", and it's very much a thing. It *never* works out for any of the pick-me's in the long run, but that doesn't stop them from trying anyways.

1 month ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

and it works for them longer...

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

They have a 2000 per day arrest quota with severe consequences if they dont keep up. They're going to grab anyone and everyone they can get away with, dead or alive.

Look at that. Aunt and Uncle Tom. Must be pretty hard up.

Seems to me, this is the 30 to 50 feral hogs people claimed they needed assault rifles for.

1 month ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 1

29% of democrat voting men have guns vs 45% of republicans. The diference is not vast as they want you to think. The problem is in the willingness to use them against people. that is their best tool. They know it very well and uses it for their advance. This needs to be changed. I am against violence in general, but I am not against it when the situation is getting out of hand by evil people. They don't deserve to live.

Its not going to stop and its only going to get worse. Everyone thought that it would end when Renee Good was killed. It has only escalated. None of us are willing to fight. The people of this country are all apathetic losers. The country dies in November. Good job to everyone involved. Fucking assholes.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

ICE do not care if you are a citizen or not. only whatever they deem your skin color good enough for the country

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

We claw back every bonus paid to these fascist terrorists, ban them from any public job for the rest of their lives, and prosecute every single one who has committed a crime, and every one who covered up those crimes. Anyone convicted should lose the right to vote for 15 years.

1 month ago | Likes 93 Dislikes 3

Lol good luck doing that when 40 million americans look at this and laugh. Delusional about your country mate. America is cooked. The rich win.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 5

As they cover their faces, it is hard to see who has committed a crime. Just handle them as a group. If you were ICE, you were a part of domestic terrorism organization and go to jail.

1 month ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Problem is, you can't declare something illegal retroactively. Guess you could demand to know identities of perpetrators and make all of them "murder suspects" until proven otherwise though.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I wonder if there should be a limit for that. Like maybe someone joined ICE before they started murdering people, then went "nope" and got the fuck outta there because principles. Maybe those may deserve some mercy.
(100% agree on the prosecution part though. If the US ever gets a sane government again(?), they totally should set up some sort of fast track for that process to help the victims.)

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

From what I heard no Bonus have been paid out as the Bonus is only paid out after 2-4 year or what it was.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

What I heard is that it's paid as a fractioned payment yearly, but with the possibility to take the whole thing back (even what's already been paid) if they don't stay for the whole time.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is there a public record of ICE employees? Can't they just leave out ICE in their CVs to avoid the ban?

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Basic employment records within the Federal Government for non& sensitive employees are generally a matter of public record and discoverable by FOIA requests. Historically the Federal Government has also voluntarily maintained a public facing database of general employment history info as a matter of good government.

That best practice can be codified in law by Congress. And I think in general law enforcement shouldn't be exempted from such a database.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not public AFAIK, but unofficial "ICE lists" are thing.
If the US ever gets a sane government after this, I hope they do disclose those lists though.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You're correct that most employment background checks are about verifying information an applicant has provided, not discovering things they have chosen not to share.

Of course, employers in general don't like to see CV gaps.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And always they are so incompetent, on top of their maliciousness. There's five of them and they can barely restrain one man. Shitheels and traitors. Cowards and weaklines.

School and police reject with nothing to lose, with no rules and regulations, let loose on a country by a wannabe dictator - to find anyone with a skin color he doesn't like (mexican, cuban, etc). Its basically the gestapo / SS,. and not a very high quality at that.

Get them off the streets. Boycott their lodgings and food,. do not give them anything.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

ICE agents wearing "Police" on their vests is perfidy, and is illegal.

1 month ago | Likes 375 Dislikes 7

Im not laws and legalities still exist in your country :(

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So is executing people in the streets, and yet they continue...

1 month ago | Likes 136 Dislikes 2

Obviously it's not a crime. If it was a crime they would be arrested and prosecuted appropriately. /S

1 month ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Unfortunately its legal for them to do.

It intentionally causes confusion and chaos, it escalates tensions on the street... But Technically legal.

Its causing more problems and making people think they are dealing with actual police not ice... but Technically legal.

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Unfortunately, they are "law enforcement officers" and allowed to wear "Police" on their vests and gear.

1 month ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

I feel like them in street clothes with a vest and mere police Velcro is insufficiently showing their identity imo.

1 month ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yup. they should be properly uniformed.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But they are, you can spot them from a mile away. just fire at them with longrange rifles.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I wonder how they'll scatter when engaged from long distance. When they can't hit the person to the ground and execute them. Will they scatter? Will they try to find cover and control the situation? Will they start vaguely shooting in whatever direction they think the shots came from? Maybe they'll just start crying.

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Perhaps it means "Politicized ICE"

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Police isn't a legal term, it's just a category. So anyone who enforces the law for the government can be labeled police without it being deceitful nor illegal. Not saying ICE is any good, but ACAB.

1 month ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 3

How much can that definition be stretched? Can random people legally wear "Police" identification under some technicality?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are they random people that are employed by the government to enforce laws and represent the government in court? If so then yeah.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

there is about 190 countries in the world where only the "real" Police can use the word "Police" on their gear. Everyone else uses their own. Like "Coastguard" or "Borderpatrol" or "Customs" or... "ICE".

1 month ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Ok, still doesn't mean it is illegal to use it in the US. Also, another reason the US tends to simplified labels is because of the variety of languages in the US. There is no official language, so when you interact with the public, gov agents tend to simplify. This is especially true in high tempo environments. You don't want civilians to try and figure out what you are in a chase/raid, so you slap a simple "police" on your gear and run with it. I still think they should be in uniform for this.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's not like police in the US have a history of unjustified force and discrimination against minorities or anything right?

1 month ago | Likes 62 Dislikes 3

Hey! Look at the slavery! Before only colored were slaves. Then they came up with this banking & labor idea, that put everyone in servitude ie slavery. Greatest idea in slavery markets. Free slaves for the banks and corpos, final nail to perfection was the credit score. No more forcing minorities when you can force everyone. Now, this ICE issue is going to that direction too. It doesn't take long, when they start snatching everyone. This is why I think this is designed, long ago.

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, ACAB. But hear me out here: imagine nazis trying to cosplay as ACAB in order to not be labeled nazis.

1 month ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

Okay, but have you considered: there are already plenty of Nazis who are also cops. Who become cops BECAUSE they are Nazis.

https://www.plainviewproject.org/

1 month ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Basically, nazis and bastards all the way down :(

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Indeed, policing in the US needs massive reform, but abolishing ICE and salting the earth so nothing like it can be rebuilt is part of that and urgently needed.

We didn't have ICE until 2003 with the formation of the Department of Homeland Security, something so many of us at the time noted as a weirdly unAmerican thing that seemed so dystopian.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

ICE needs to be obliterated. No one who has ever worked for that agency should never be allowed to take a free breath ever again.

1 month ago | Likes 617 Dislikes 10

Wrong, but I understand the anger.

Except that is in America. The American people would rather keep the phones out to film for those sweet, sweet internet points. See someone being unjustifiably beaten in the street? FILM IT. Don't help, that will reduce the time the person is being beaten and reduce your total internet point haul. Not enough of you are willing to stand up, but ALL of you are willing to try to farm hero points by taping the issues u see. You fucking SEE the issues but DO NOT DO SHIT ABOUT IT. Shame on you.

1 month ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Like... I want them to be afraid... I WANT someone to come out and fucking say that if they are elected that the entire ICE force top to bottom will go to JAIL, no fuck that Guantanimo Bay for Domestic Terrorism for no less than 20 years... But letting them KNOW there's no escaping punishment if Fascism goes away is going to make them much more eager to fight and kill to keep it...

1 month ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Do you think open borders are a good idea?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

We need mass executions of ICE agents. Thousands a day. For so long that it doesn't even become news

1 month ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And howbdobyou think that will happen? People are not killing them, you think the current governement will just remove them?

Thats the point.

"No one who has ever worked for that agency should never be allowed to take a free breath ever again."

Do not investigate. Just act on one single fact.
How is that better than the current?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

What if I become a pencil pusher there just to leak information?

1 month ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 4

I was honestly wondering about this the other day. Would infiltrating a fascist organization to try and fuck it up as much as possible from the inside be a good choice. Would being considered absolute scum by the kind of people I find common cause with be worth it? Are there possibly people doing that rn? What if the opportunity doesnt come, Ice gets fucked like it should and now thats just a stain on y our history?

1 month ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

As former KGB, CIA and Mossad infiltrators have shown, they tend to turn to the side of the infiltrated. It is a big mess for the individual. And if you do succeed, it will still haunt you and mess your head. It is not a good way. It is only good way, as jews did fir nazis, forced, they sabotaged everything they could.
