As a female, I felt no appeal or temptation to play GTA but I did play Saints Row since they had great character customization with plenty of female options but it was also free so Idk. GTA is not my bag but I don’t see why it wouldn’t be for other women gamers. I do catch shade for liking FPS as a female though as if it’s impossible and only girls play RPG

I've been playing MMO's since around 2010, and have almost exclusively played as a female character as well. The animations are better, the voices are better, it's just a better experience. I once tried a game and the mage class was gender-locked to male, and I was like, "What the fuck is this bullshit?", and quit.

The men in games are too blocky usually and end game hear looks like trash. So female because if I love a game I want to get the most out of it and usually gender is non consequential

Me too, old, straight, white guy and I've played 900 hrs of Cyberpunk 2077 and never played Vincent once, always Valerie. I played 1600 hrs of Baldur's Gate 3 and the only male characters I played were Gale and Astarion, I've probably played 2000 hrs between Fallout 3, NV and 4 without ever creating a male character and 300hours of Dragon Age Inquisition, again, always as a female character.

The reason for femme V for me was Judy. Which made the ending I chose hurt even more. Didn't really want to do another playthrough after that with the guy.
Also, having played both through all three parts: femShep is best Shep.
