Am I the only one that had one of these as a kid and would love to have another one for no good reason?

Yes! Those things were great. A lot more practical to shoot around the house than a cheap airsoft gun

my sis and i had a set when we were kids. packaged as star trek phasers. the best game pressed the end into flesh and pulled the trigger

Psh, no good reason. You have the best reason of all, nostalgia and bugging people by shooting them with it then hiding the gun!

used to set up all my Gi-Joes on the edge of the bathtub and shoot em all down with this bad boy.

AWW man those looks awsome, like a better version of those donut launcher things.

My boyfriend and his friends found it hilarious to chase us girls with those damn things, I hated them!

I remember having one of those manual airpressure ball-shooters and my cousin used to chase me and my friends around the yard with it>

>because the gun wasn't designed for 6 year old's biceps. Ahh good times.

We had those disks all over my house. When we moved they were behind all the furniture.

1 day my parents got me a Nerf gun that shot a cylindrical rubber band. Omg it left welts on ppl worse than paintballs. Had it 4 1 day.

Those things were more dangerous than real guns

Ha!! Had a few. Played the assassins game in HS.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I love those.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I still find those discs in boxes of my old shit in my parent's attic.

Looks like a hi point

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's all fun and game until an eye gets poked out. Nah, those things were great!

These started to disappear yet random pissed off cat attacks on the rise. Coincidence ?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Yes. You were the only person that ever had one of those. Crazy, huh?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Plenty of reasons. None of them are (not up to no) good

Me neither, but that's the shit...

My older brother had one, would shoot me constantly

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Cleaning my dad's house out, still finding those things 40 years later

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I had a couple of those..... always lost the discs within the week. Looking back I'm pretty sure they were taken by a parental unit.

9 years ago | Likes 217 Dislikes 1

As a veteran parental unit. Yes.

I bet that you are correct!

I learned ice cream trucks are NOT sold out when the music plays when I was about 14...

My parents took a few things from me too. I had a T-shirt that said 'I was young and I needed the money' that got lost in the laundry

That's exactly what happened to my hook-ups shirt after the principle called my dad and made me turn it inside out

I believe it was this one. Not "school appropriate" https://hanzoblog.files.wordpress.com/2014/08/evil-red-riding-hood-005.jpg?w=430

Caught my mom trying to get rid of my Slayer hoodie in a Good Will run. Though, she thought it was my dads.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Did you tell her if she doesn't bring it back, destruction will occur?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Where did you get that I had one as a kid I'm 36 now

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Me too. Internet sells everything

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Why's there $3 stuck in the drywall?"

9 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

Schaweet!

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

EXACTLY! That's what these guns were for.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Probably taken off the market due to chocking hazard. Some baby probably choked on one of the disks.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Nah it was because of the high capacity magazine

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

But the discs had holes in them

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

Chock full of holes. Thus the chocking

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

But- ... you can't just say that

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

So it prolonged their suffering, excellent!

When I got mine they were gold colored and called Star Trek Phazers, even though they didn't look anything like the ones on television.
