A quick google search shows this is not a true statement. There has been no change in the definition of sexual assault or rape in Israel, and it does not explicitly refer to Jewish women. This is ragebait and nothing more. That said, as you might imagine, Palestinians get twice as long sentences for rape as Israeli Jews do, if the latter even get tried and convicted (See IDF rapist pieces of shit walking free even when there's video evidence of their crime)

The last time the definition of rape was adjusted was in 2025 and that was to include men as potential victims while removing the archaic term 'sodomy' from their laws. There is nothing in the written laws like what this post is claiming. The problem is in how they're enforced.

Rape was alleged, but no one was charged for it (only for physical abuse,) it's 5 people, not 9, and the victim, as you point out, survived. Also, the tweet implies (but doesn't say) they raped a woman, and this was a man.
More imporantly, I feel like the lead here is that a court decided "It's only rape when it's against an israeli woman", and the article doesn't mention that.
