"Yours Cruelly, Elvira" "Memoirs of the Mistress of the Dark" by Cassandra Peterson. It's the story of Cassandra Peterson's life, in her words which obviously includes a whole lot of Elvira. I found it an excellent read and it's so written in her voice I'd hear her speaking it while reading in some cases.
