Bruh you look fine at 225. Idk if you’re lifting but you look solid. Don’t need to lose a lb.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You certainly didn't lose 8 months! More like you gained 16 months in life time living healthier!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yes, you don't see a lot of guys in their 70's that are 330 pounds.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's metal

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That is amazing. Any tips to someone trying to lose the extra weight? You look like you did it right.

You can drink water when you get a craving in order to satisfy the hand to mouth fetish. Also drink before meals to add fullness.

I lost a bunch of weight fairly quickly by going to the gym everyday to swim and do cardio. You can eat the same if you burn ...

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

more calories than you take in. If you cut back a little on your cal intake and up the exercise, you'll lose weight

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My thoughts exactly! The ideal diet is one you are doing now. At least you'll stick with it:)

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Plant based diet! Read the book “starch solution” by dr McDougall

Yes! Then read 50 more books and make informed decisions

Me at 75: ok I've finally finished doing all the research to live a healthy life. Let's get to it. * Dies *

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Lol! It feels like we’ll never get it right. So many people struggle :( and sooo many hacks preying on those looking for the shortcut

I use an app on my phone to log everything I eat on my diet. I think tracking everything has really helped with my success.

7 years ago | Likes 66 Dislikes 1

oi, which app tho?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Samsung health?

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

From what I've seen that works, it's about 80% caloric intake/diet and 20% exercise

7 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

It’s not just what you eat, it’s what you don’t eat, and when you do it

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's 100% caloric intake. You can exercise to speed up the process though to create a larger caloric deficit. You exhale the "fat" as CO2

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Also, more muscle mass you build, the more calories your body burns throughout the day just to maintain mass. Not sure exact numbers though.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For Americans, totally. All the processed food and shit we eat is poison.

7 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Look up how much sugar the avg American eats annually and compare it through the years. It's insane. Ppl go thru hardcore WDs quitting sugar
