Because Leto owns these parts of the studios, he can essentially cast himself “for free”. Its not he is being asked for these roles, he just interjects himself, thats why he keeps popping in places that makes you wonder how high the casting bureau was making that choice

If the accusation turns out to be FALSE in the end, show the evidence of it being so, NAME AND SHAME the accusers in turn, and bring down the hammer on THEM.

Big difference between a proven liar and someone who says something that can't be proven to be true. If they are a proven liar, by all means prosecute them for filing a false report and sue them for defamation of character. However, saying something happened and then being unable to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the thing happened doesn't necessarily make them a liar. Both sides should be innocent until proven guilty. Neither side should be guilty until proven innocent.

Sadly, doesn't happen when someone is accused of sexual misconduct, they get dragged through shit right away, and even when proven innocent, this will stick with them.
I want someone who is PROVEN to be falsely accusing to be ruined in the exact same way, named, shamed and punished, and it sticking with them for the rest of their life.

It's very very difficult to prove innocence, which is why we don't use that as a metric in our judicial system, but I do agree that people have a tendency to jump to conclusions too quickly and allow those conclusions to harm people.

In the article it says that 10 women went on record saying he was at least borderline harassing them, but only 4 allege criminal behavior. And it has to be soooo many more. It was easily 10 years ago when I first read about his history of having rough sex with underage fans - and you know practically none of those girls would ever have come forward. (Back then it wasn't an official article, IIRC it was some forum or messaging board that had all kinds of bad shit on him).
