This isn’t my suicide note (and here’s why)

Jan 3, 2018 4:40 AM

This is a dog named Titus. I would’ve been dead months ago without him. He is alive and well, but living with another family now.

2017 was my worst year. I have anxiety but 2017 started with my grandma dying on my birthday and ended up with me experiencing the onset of a severe ticcing disorder (basically Tourette Syndrome). I have severe depression now and every day is hard.

I’m working on the struggle to love myself. To accept who I am. And I’m trying. And it’s the hard way of doing things. But there is some light out there, there has to be. Sorry for all the text on my first post. I’m just believing that I’ll survive the year for the first time in a long time. Love you guys. The suicide hotline in the US is 1-800-273-8255. Please get help. Someone out there loves you. There are dogs and cats that you haven’t met yet. There are Mr. Rogers episodes to watch, and memes to chuckle at. Love you guys. Stay alive <3
