Chihuahuas teeth decay very quickly, much faster than other dogs. This one is obviously older and has lost most/all of it's teeth so it's tongue is not held in place in the center of it's mouth. My dog is very similar, he needs to drink with the side of his mouth since that's where his tongue comes out. That blank stare into the void can probably be attested to the drugs though. LOL
