This is why we both have free will and don't have free will at the same time. Every single phenomena in the universe is a physical or quantum physical reaction that can be traced back to the beginning of the universe, (including everything happening in your brain, creating your thoughts and experiences). If we had a big enough computer to measure every reaction, we could predict the future with 100% accuracy, down to people's thoughts. But that would require a computer bigger than the universe>

No we couldn’t. QM isn’t just about not knowing what happens beyond the veil of Heisenberg, it’s about understanding that there is no 100% determinant outcome even if you know the initial conditions perfectly.
