It's like I tell my kids: Yes, it looks sort of like someone has already eaten it, but trust me, it tastes good.
Then again, I eat Indian food made in the states, and we have certain laws about food safety that aren't really adhered to as strictly in some locales or countries, and that's a good way to make the "food" exit you from the nearest orifice at speed.
Granted Taylor Farms and Trump killing the FDA might make the US no better.

India is like fallout new vegas irl.. humanity just keeps surviving even though the wealthy have trashed the entire ecosystem. To them its normalcy continuing... to the outsiders its different and scary because it would definitely hurt our soft interiors that weren't forced to survive through raped resources... the greedy will turn all countries into this if they can and worse.

Been to many street food stalls in a few parts of the world, and I’m not that picky, but that would be a hands down no fucking way.

I’ve been to India and the food was one of the high points. Yeah, some street vendors are bad news. And absolutely don’t drink the tap water. The main thing we had is local people we trusted and they steered us right.
Curry for breakfast was a bit much for some western appetites, but that was a preference thing not a health thing.
