America is close to the worst (if not THE worst) country at healthcare in regards to its affordability and baseline accessibility. Something people gloss over is that, on the other hand, we have cutting edge technology and facilities. Though none of that matters if no one can access it without their life being ruined by debt if they need it at the wrong time.

What Trump said isn't true (shocker). Other than him, modern presidents used Cross pens to sign bills and other significant documents. The models most frequently chosen retail between about $100 to $265, but they would be bought in bulk, so I imagine they cost less per piece.
