Earlier today, I came upon the fact this Arthur episode existed. I've only sped up the piece to fit inside the one minute restriction and added subtitles. None of the audio or video has been altered otherwise. This is from the second half of Season 8 Episode 10. Titled "Bleep", it first aired on December 26, 2003 on PBS.
Not marked mature because, come on, this thing aired on PBS for the under-10-year-old crowd.
