Fun fact: we call a pedestrian crossing in Germany Zebrastreifen, which translates to Zebra Stripe.

"Oh, that was easy," says Man, and for an encore goes on to prove that black is white and gets himself killed at the next zebra crossing.

The original said "red is green" and an American editor changed it because they didn't know the term and decided this would make more sense

It was "black is white" in the original BBC radio show.

Someone tried to prove black is white and got killed. (https://youtu.be/iuumnjJWFO4?t=170)

Ate those white zebra with black stripes or black zebras with white stripes?

3 months ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fun science fact: with their colouring, zebras can have a pedestrian crossing wherever they want.

Wow and I thought a herd of 10 frightened deer crossing the street near the big city park was bad enough this is crazy!

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Were those dik diks at the start?

3 months ago | Likes 68 Dislikes 1

no just dik butts

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

All those zebras chasing dik diks!

3 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

I wonder if something was chasing all of them

3 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Antelope, possibly Impala. Dik dik are much smaller, like max 40cm(15in) tall.

3 months ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yes. They were desperately looking for a zebra crossing. If only they’d turned around!

3 months ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

Three Impala cross ahead of the Zebra. Looks like Krügerpark, Impalas graze often along with Zebra there.

Do you kiss your mother with that mouth?

If this was a legitimate question and not just an excuse to use the word dik dik, those aren't them. They look like either gazelle or impala, hard to tell when they're moving so quick. People seem to underestimate just how small a dik dik is, they're literally the height of a big male housecat. Baby ones are the size of a teacup dog. If the question was just an excuse, then.. hehheh dik dik.

Look like impala to me. Dik diks are way smaller after all

3 months ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Mine is

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It was a legitimate question, I was also thinking they were possibly gazelle, but also wanted to say dik dik *giggity*

3 months ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Who doesn’t/ wouldn’t like to say dik dik?

3 months ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hey, when you got the chance, you gotta take it. Power to you for taking the shot.
