EPA's process is to establish, with evidence, a strong scientific rationale that can justify future regulations. That's what was repealed. It's a procedural maneuver. Which means it all has to be redone should a new administration be elected in 2028. That said, this current decision could be taken to court, and maybe held back. But the EPA will still fail to enforce any regulations so long as Trump is president.

I've been smoking the cigar version of them for so long (since Obama banned flavored cigs in 2008), that when I got the cigarette version from overseas, their quality and taste had declined precipitously. So I can't really recommend them anymore. You can, however, still get the cigar version most places, though. Special rules regarding flavored tobacco there concerning cigars, so they're still available.
I'm quitting next fall though, as 26 years of smoking clove cigarettes is enough for me...
