Nothing says honeymoon like burning corrupt and hateful institutions to the ground. You can scrapbook it!

Reminder that she was removed from the chamber for quoting the Bible at hateful Christians.

3 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

She was kicked out of the chamber and her home was nearly swatted? What the shit?! Swatting has killed a lot of people.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

God please don't break that beautiful girl. I couldn't bear it if she lost the will to fight all the bullshit she has to put up with.

Mazel! When bigots go after your very being, the best thing to tell them to fuck off is keep being true to yourself and living your best life. That takes serious dedication and courage.

I wish them great happiness. After they move to a blue state....

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm glad this pisses the gop off. But important question did she say yes?

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Yes, she said yes.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Sweet!

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This is real courage.

The funny thing about right wingers is, they amplify the voice of progressives by shining the focus on them. I donโ€™t know the names of those who banned her, but I know her sitting in canada. I am glad! We all know a good soul because of some morons

Right? I'd never heard of her, but now I do and support her fully!

#1 Boy, that's a lot of republican trigger words in that title.

3 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 1

Theyโ€™d be very upset if they could read.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

A whole bunch, indeed.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm both so happy for them, but now so terribly scared that something bad might happen to them.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I feel if she decided to get onto politics she'll be shrewd enough to look out for herself, or have people doing it for her

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I ship it. I ship it like the meme of overnight shipping at 11:59pm

Can you imagine how angry Christians are right now

3 years ago | Likes 356 Dislikes 6

Two trans girls, chillin' in the hot tub, 5 feet apart cause they are gay.

Fuck 'em.

I'm in Montana. They're always angry. She's just their current scapegoat

3 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 1

Good. Fuck 'em.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I've seen what makes Christians angry, and I've concluded that making Christians angry is something we should all aspire to if we want the world to be a better place.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I'm Christian, and I'm proud of Zoey for standing up for what's right.

Noice

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Fuck their feelings

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

As a former Christian, GOOD!

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What a shame if anger-related heart attacks were caused.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

No, im not that irrationally spiteful.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

As angry as they always are.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, if they were *ACTUAL* Christians (as in, following in the teachings of CHRIST), they'd have no opinion on the matter... because, in the Bible, Jesus didn't say much about that situation.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

They can't stand when people are happy and not being abused.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Right now? Brother, they stay angry.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As angry as they are, I'm even more angry at them. Fuck them for shaming, threatening, marginalizing and murdering innocent people for no other reason than hatred veiled in some twisted vision of righteousness. Fuck them all straight to their Hell.

MAGAts are going to read "Prom" and start screaming about groomers going after kids.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah they're in the negative comments. But they were gonna do that no matter what

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Republican men will be upset that she pulled a hotter girl than they can.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I saw the twitter replies, they are SALTY! And they keep dogpiling in with every tweet either of them make

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Militant fundamentalist Christians. Actual loving Christians, probably not. But they're the obvious minority.

3 years ago | Likes 112 Dislikes 11

well yeah the unicorns are happy too, but lets stick to reality

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 11

At least in the USA, where Christianity is very visibly intertwined with toxic nationalism/patriotism. I've found I enjoyed being around christians a lot more in Canada.

3 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 1

yeah it's definitely not like that in other countries /s

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 6

A local church by my house regularly has pro-LGBTQ messages on their board. There are lots of good Christians, there are just a lot more really shitty ones who are very loud. And it's not an ACAB situation because the good ones don't get kicked out of Christianity for speaking out against the bad ones. They just go be Christian elsewhere.

3 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I know. Before I moved, the closest church had a.rainbow bench that stated all all welcome. The issue is those aren't the Christians in power. Or rather that Christianity has any influence in power whatsoever.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As someone who flatters himself that he's one of "those Christians" the issue is I find the idea of leveraging my Christian faith for political power to be deeply and profoundly disgusting. And even if I was so inclined, "everybody be cool, God loves all y'all" is inherently less interesting to the press than some asshole screaming about gays going to hell or transgenders grooming kids or whatever the hell they are on about today. Send exhausting to me, but good Lord does it get clicks...

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are there actual loving xtians?. In my experiences, there are the ones that keep their distaste to themselves and keep the hate behind closed doors and the ones that hate openly and try to convert everyone forcibly. I've never met an xtian who is willing to accept and defend others' beliefs and at the same time condemn the 'bad' xtians for being garbage.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

I don't want to seem like I'm trying to convert you it anything but yes absolutely we exist. Our pastor explicitly invites everyone to partake at the Lord's table, inviting gays, lesbians, intersex, etc by name. We celebrated Ramadan with the local Muslim groups. I totally get where you're coming from - I grew up evangelical and that shit was WILD. God's fan club totally turned me off from Jesus for a decade or so. This was the first place I really saw universal love. It's addictive.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

My guess is you are a good person and would be despite your religion if it disagreed with being a good person.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Let's face it, it's basically the same as the Cops. As long as these 'good' xtians don't do anything about the bad ones, they're all bastards.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 7

Don't be a bigoted idiot. A lot of the people pushing for gun control are Christians. A lot of the people advocating for LGBTQ civil rights, women's rights (including abortion) are Christian. Many people, both in politics and not, who are trying to fight back against fascism are Christian. Not everyone on the left is an atheist; some are deeply religious. That you say you haven't encountered any of them says less about their existence and more about the people you surround yourself with.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

Mm yes, too poor to flee rural tx but it's my fault the surrounding xtians are fucking disgusting assholes. Brilliant observation.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

If you live in a society that includes fundamentalist Christians and you aren't angry about it, I don't believe that you can be described as 'loving'.

3 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 3

Most of them are angry about it, y'all just don't interact with those people

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Not like I interact with fundies by choice. I don't have magic moderate christian repellent. Hell, I was one for decades. Ain't nothing stopping them making their anger known.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

the problem with a religion the size of Christianity or Islam, is that you can be as angry as you'd like about a part of it, it will always be out of reach to do something about it locally. And religious leaders are too cowardly to denounced them. Or part of them.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

You can leave shitty hateful religions. At least in the USA.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Can you truly leave a religion when you wholeheartedly believe in the core message of it?

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Christians in an unrelated church have pretty much the same ability to police fundamentalist Christians as anyone does. I don't they can be held more responsible than others. Obviously this is very different if it's within their own church - that increases culpability substantially

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

we just kick the shit out of nazi punks and refuse to accept em in the punk scene. You don't need a structure to deny someone legitimacy, a steel toe works just as well

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What do you suggest here? By "punk scene" I assume you mean bars/shows/etc - I.E. a physical establishment you can control entry/participation in. There's not much you can do to force them to stop calling themselves "punk", which is essentially the issue here.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Are you telling us to run into other churches and start brawling? That's just gonna get non fundamentalist arrested man.
