You can get an E-Type now in the $30s to $50s easily because they made a ton of them comparatively. Those muscle cars are basically all low volume trim packages and you'll need 6 figures to touch the bulk of them...unless you're only specifically talking about the Grand Prix and Toronado.

straight line speed and acceleration. A Chevelle will have 2-3 times the horsepower and only about 1.5s time the weight of the 2000GT. The Toyota will corner better and the the Chevelle will be faster on a straight.
Typical American car attitude, like power is the only thing that matters. This car will at least go around corners decently. And not wallow like a boat. (However that is needed on American roads for comfort)
