Funny story. I’m looking to do a food truck whose one of its model is to have a (typically) premium specialty pizza on a limited rotation. Nonetheless, i made a copy cat pizza of the grade school pizza for the rotation. When i put it to testing it got very high scores despite being trash ingredients. I call it the nostalgia pizza.
