Nice looking, but top heavy on a strap. You have to really push up with the fretting hand to keep stable, especially playing standing.

My sg junior copy isn't too bad for this, but a friend of mine had a proper gibson 3 pu sg custom that was almost unplayable on a strap because of it

Can relate. If the neck is forced up because of body weight, it's hard to be dynamic. Feel like you're fighting it the whole time. Also, I'm a Tele shape guy myself. Play a PT special. If it's good enough for Pete, it's good enough for me lol

Favorite guitar I ever played was still an old Flying V. Felt like holding a log, but man, did it feel good to play.
