Zero. When I was like sixteen, my mom got a pizza stone, so my sister made her own homemade pizza. A seven cheese pizza. Now, you might think that means seven different kind of cheeses mixed together. NO. No, she made seven LAYERS of different cheeses, one on top of the other. The cheese on top was as thick as the crust beneath it. First bite, tasted great. Second bite, this might be a problem. Third bite, instant vomit. Can't eat plain cheese pizza since.
TBH I'm still trying to figure out why the middle looks so pale. Maybe unpopular opinion but that's way too much cheese and nothing else going on. I'll take a half of a corner slice
I don't know and I'm not interested in how many I could eat, only that I would get the chance to eat REAL PIZZA. I live in Turkey, they ABSOLUTELY CANNOT MAKE PIZZA here and it's frustrating as hell. They...they don't put the fucking pizza sauce on the dough. Seriously messed up.
dough. cheese. toppings. That is "pizza" in this place. That's it. In a country that pummels dishes with tomatoes, the ONE FOOD that requires it they will not add to it.
When I got out of Boot Camp... there was a pizza pallor I would go to Every Friday..... Pepperoni, olives, mushrooms and sausage, DEEP Dish and a Large Coke............. Then, after finishing the Whole thing, went to go see 'Heavy Metal'.
At my current age, I might be able to devour half of that thing, but I'm going to be feeling it (in a bad way). 20 years ago, I'd wolf that whole thing down and still want a snack.
My answer changed as the video went on. At the beginning I said ‘one slice is good’ and then at around 5 seconds, I was thinking ‘I could do 2 slices’. At the 8 second mark, I was thinking 4 slices would be fine. But by the end, I gotta admit, I think I want 8 slices of this.
Well i don't say yes nor no, cuz there are cheese that won't brown heavily, only lightly like this one despite being properly baked on a pizza since pizza doesn't stay in the oven for like 30 min unlike stuff like lasagna & so on, but like i said i'm not say yes nor no, as this one could just be underdone as you said.
First, it's not deep dish nor detroit style if you don't have it cooked in the deep, thick pans that actually cook the outer edges and form a roasted cheese crust.
Second, I have eaten all 8, but I was hungry that day. Normally it's only 3 or 4 pieces.
The sauce distribution really bothers me. This seems like it was made by a hungover Italian guy that forgot the sauce until the pizza was already baked.
I just had Detroit style from Jets yesterday and the sauce was below the cheese. Still a rectangular deep dish with a crust that was practically fried from heavily buttering that pan though, coupled with the cheese all the way to the edge getting nicely roasted.
BeckyLookAtHerButt
Gimme a corner slice
FermentTheRich3000
Depending on the toppings...all.
PassionAggressive
Should be called loaf instead of slice

You don't have enough slices to stop me.
CitizenK9

TheRealNotSparta
None. Because if the pizza's cut into squares I'd rather have nothing.
laternamagicalux
One pizza is one pizza. I eat one pizza. I can't really answer how many bites of a burger I eat either. I eat one burger.

Unpopular opinion - that's too much cheese.
StupidCanadianWolfBird

The quantity is okay, but it's criminally undercooked.

UndulatingTerrain
Yeah, that's what I call an American amount of cheese and I mean it as a slur.

I was in Italy last week, what qualifies as pizza in most places around the world places is astounding.
WhyCantIStopArguingWithInternetTrolls
Seconded.

I respectfully disagree.

BLASPHEMER!

No such thing! (there can be too much WRONG cheese, but no such thing as too much cheese)

TheDoctorCrankenstein
It also isn't deep dish if it is 90% fucking dough.
Deep dish is supposed to be filled with toppings and sauce that are kept in place by said cheese crust. It should practically be a lasagna.
perinoid
it is a Sicilian style pizza
EzraFell

quietwalker
Detroit style has cheese on the bottom, sauce on the top.
EzraFell
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detroit-style_pizza?wprov=sfla1
According to this article, the sauce being on top is an optional aspect of it, and 1/2 of the pizzas shown in the article, do not have sauce on top.
EzraFell
I just had Detroit style from Jets yesterday and the sauce was below the cheese. Still a rectangular deep dish with a crust that was practically fried from heavily buttering that pan though, coupled with the cheese all the way to the edge getting nicely roasted.

Jet's is pretty awful. There's one down the street from me, and while we were excited, it's pretty crap. :(
It's Detroit style like dominos is authentic italian.
EzraFell
Enh. The one on Brodie isn't too bad. My favorite will always be Milanos or Conan's though.
JeezusJuice
QC across locations is weak, but when you find a good one, it’s great. I get it all the time, and I have world-class options around me.
