Fistfucking what now

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Don't blame the devs for the things that the publisher does. The devs are probably competent enough, but the publisher decides what to do.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Dude ubisoft made all good games since watch dogs 2. there are way wrost companies, or less active

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"Sorry, this mission has been explicitly gated off because you didn't pre-order this yearly game. also LOOTBOXES, BITCH!!!"

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

New South Park game is fun though.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The thing about Ubisoft games lately is their fantastic habit of ruining a game's potential with retarded decisions.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

For the most part Ubisoft makes pretty good games. Their business practices are questionable though.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm liking the new South Park game. Then again, they did delay it twice.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

THE ALL MIGHTY THREADRIPPER

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

someone notice the deathstar ?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Actually the cinematic trailers are outsourced to an incredibly talented Hungarian 3d film firm. They have been even making stuff for GOT

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

[This comment is locked off unless you pre-order the new game]

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 4

Not a fan of the games, but whoever came up with that advertising plan needs to be dismembered.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

What plan?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

*Unlock the reply in New Imgur Xtreme! (Pre-order Only available at Gamestop)*

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It would get your point across better by explaining it in detail, I've been living under a rock recently

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Nothing more needs to be said

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

This could apply to EA games as well...

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Most AAA games, really. Teams that make trailers have gotten really good at hyping shit.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

As a player of The Division, 100% agree

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I really wanted to love The Division, and did for the first 15-20 hours. Then the bullet sponge-fest began.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Woah, they can make games without even looking at the monitor? They must be good!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If you have that setup, you'll never get anything done, is the thing.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Some for CS team. 5 months of nil response to 3 emails plus website message. Stop buying their games ever since

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Well that's not that inaccurate, considering all of their trailers are pre-rendered pieces of shit that don't reflect the game at all

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Repost!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fractured but whole is good so far.

Bluehole dev team*

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't know man the South Park games are pretty good new ones out today! Let's go!

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Not for £50, plus a £25 season pass, £5 day one DLC, in game store, and limited installs I won't. Fuck that :/

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Where are you buying your games from lol?????

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's the price on Steam.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They had very little control over the South Park release. The developers delayed the game a lot to make it this good quality wise.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's fine if you can get past the initial black screen. Just annoying to pay for the game and it not run.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Initial black screen?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Alt+Enter

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

why should multiple monitors, fancy lighting, and star wars legos mean that someone is good at doing things on the computer?

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

At least they're looking at the work they're doing? They still suck-- you can't see your wallpaper if you're actually doing something.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's visual shorthand. Nice looking work place = competent worker. It doesn't need to actually be true. It's like smart people wear glasses.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

as i said in another comment, my workplace is an absolute mess. i can barely see my desk and i'm extremely good at what i do.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Well I assume they'd be better than someone with the monitors facing the wrong direction.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I think it's something to say about where the spend their money. Rather than give the people working on the product they fund the facade

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's kinda what I'm thinking. Showboating just means insecurity and lack of real talent.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Soo ya not looking forward to beyond good and evil 2?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a former Ubisoft dev: lol.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Dont do me like that, the 1st one was the 1st game i ever bought. Should i just give up hope now?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nah. Ubisoft makes great games, gamer 'culture' is just whinny and entitled AF. Its just that they dangled BGAE2 over people for so long...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh yah im not expecting it till 2019 at the earliest, which i dont mind better that than they rush it to market.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

And most people are entitled idiots anyway to expect different from gamers is unfair lol

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No, there is something really unique to gaming. Gaming 'journalists' (as if) entertain a constant aura of negativity that is really sad.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Depends on the team, cause the team that made mario rabbids is actually skilled and made a fantastic game.

9 years ago | Likes 56 Dislikes 5

Eeeeehhhhh... "fantastic" is a bit to far. I'd call it "good". A little TOO simple and very repetitive.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

To each their own, at least it isn't RNJesus: The game like both xcoms are

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Yea, it's just a different type of game that way. Puts priority on position over all else.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Yes, and I find it more chalenging and fast paced than xcom1&2. Not saying those games are bad, but this one is better

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Interestingly, it's the teams that are generally in charge of the Just Dance games. Looking at the teams history, the only mis-step (1/2)

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

they had in recent years was the original Watch Dogs. (2/2)

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

You mean watch_dogs, you need the _ because it's very advanced

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The original Watch Dogs wasn't a bad game imo, it just didn't have enough content to justify a AAA price tag. 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Still not as good as W_D 2.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I think for me, it was the way they handled the invasion mechanic. Felt like there were a few times where it forced the mode on you (1/2)

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

plus the game seemed to punish you for disabling the mode, resetting your notoriety. The online options much better in WD2 IMO (2/2)

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

It had some fun concepts though. Granted, I got it free from a Xbox live deal.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

If anyone gave a shit about unethical advertising looked at ubisoft trailers vs. Advertising they would want to sue.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

If they are in charge of the Just Dance games there shouldn't be ANY mis-steps...

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'd tell them to just stick to making movies, but I know how "well" they do that too.

9 years ago | Likes 111 Dislikes 2

Nah they wouldn't try, they can't put micro-transactions on movies

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

The only things that made the AC movie tolerable were the action scenes. The story was infuriating as shit.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

As someone who has played most of the games and never watched the movie, why is the story bad? Or how is it bad I guess.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

It was like the other guy said but at the same time, they butchered the story too. The story was somewhat close to the game but holy fuck.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You know the one part of the games you didnt like, thats most of da movie. Thats right. 2hrs of the present day and 20 min of in Animus time

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Yah that's gay as fuck

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Are we not going to talk about the tag

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

@elbowdeepinahorse been diversifying recently?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Is that how you got here?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And how there are 44 different posts with that same tag... and I'm not talking about the squirrel girl one

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

No.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah I don't see the relevance of squirrel girl.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Pepperage farm remembers when AC was planned as a trilogy.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

are they doing the "the hitchhikers guide too the galaxy" take on a trilogy?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For Honor, AC, pretty much most Ubisoft games...

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

nah that was for Watchdogs 1

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It is

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Any Ubisoft game, ever.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

ubisoft makin the new animal crossing hella

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

New? Sir, this is the same team behind all of the AC series.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Please don't.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

No but almost all AC games have serious issues on PC that Ubisoft refuses to fix.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

it's because stuff like this is still happening. https://streamable.com/88ede

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Happy 600! And I so hope you're right.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well it's a Ubisoft game so.....

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Oh it will be. I’ve stopped believing in hype of games. The e3 id division vs the release is actually hilarious

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think a lot of people are pissed about the new south park game.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What is wrong with the new SP game? I've only seen rather good reviews so far? 7 and 8/10. That is not bad?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Black screen of death on start up. Requires you to sign up for a U-Play account to play it. Only online gaming. Denuvo slowing it down.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Go look at the steam reviews.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

every other Assassins Creed game for sure

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 13

Every AC game since brotherhood.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 9

yo Black Flag and Rogue though. Maybe not great AC games, but amazing pirate games.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I loved all 3 Ezio games. Since then I've only played Unity. People seem to love Black Flag though.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I can't bear to get through Rev. Everytime I pick it up the combat & parkour stuff infuriates me. Not sure if it just didnt age well or what

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

God I hope they don't fuck it up. AC Unity had dome great ideas but it got shafted cause of the glitches.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

You should check out Syndicate then. Its a lot like Unity, better everything though and more stable.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I did actually check out Syndicate after reading your comment. What a piece of shit. Worst AC I've ever played. Holy shit.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Assassins Creed has become Call of Duty, at least in the realm of disappointment

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

I'm never disappointed in call of duty because I never expect any changes

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well boy, lemme tell you about a game called Advanced Warfare

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They removed tailing missions cause people hated them. And almost overhauled the parkour completely to be more precise.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

And removed missions so gamestop could have a preorder bonus

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

And stunted loot and crafting systems to add in microtransactions

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

well some DLC is already pre-order exclusive. why do people keep buying ubisoft games is beyond me.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nah just Rainbow 6 Siege almost all the time

9 years ago | Likes 395 Dislikes 18

Lol, i can relate. I get Siege on relase, get stuck in a bench while trying to climb/reppel a building, haven't touched it since.. Memories.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

You have clearly never played the game

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

It’s a great game tbh

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Thank god we lost an entire season of content for it to get fixed though!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Didn't lose it though. Just split it up into the last 2 seasons. That's why we got Ela along with the HK operators/map.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You're either an idiot, or you don't even play the game. Or you're on a different platform

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 7

Honestly besides the server issues and the stupid long time it takes to unlock DLC characters it's a well designed game... and fun as fuch

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But the game is so fun tho :))

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

A lot of people talk about the problems Siege has. ANd then I run into the same issues maybe once a month at best.

9 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 4

You know how ppl only complain when they have problems and also how there are many people? Is it possible that those are different people?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I play loads and I very rarely have any glitch problems... Just team killing idiots.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Team killing idiots and people voting to kick everyone for anything.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Yeah, "you picked my favourite operator so you need to be kicked". Fuck those guys.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Play Glaz for a bit. You'll learn how bad the hit detection can be. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u1UO9T_eeO0&feature=youtu.be&t=1m30s

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nah, Siege is a legit game, but the trailer looks almost nothing like the finished product, even on max settings

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same, love the game

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Have you seen the new Castle glitch?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ya but they're already fixing it

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nope. What is it like?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You put an unvaultable barrier up with him

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's a glitch where you spam a few buttons (don't wanna give it away) and it causes everyone's game to lag apart from yours

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Normally I would say that people have no idea what goes into making a game as good as Siege, and they should stop complaining, but this new

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

Castle glitch is a definite game breaker...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Castle glitch? Explain

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Castle can make everyone's frames drop to like 5 a second for the entire round.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah idk I've heard about a dumb montange glitch where you can shoot with his shield extended

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also Assassin's Creed Unity

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Also For Honor.

9 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

The first one was bad. The second one was pretty good IMHO.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Agreed, I picked WD2 up late, due to my poor experience with the original, but was pleasantly surprised with the sequel.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, it was. The first one wasn't that bad either. But man, that graphical gap between trailers and ingame.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The second one was really well done! I enjoyed it a lot.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

My brother played it a lot and said the second one had the story the first one should’ve had in the first place. Totally agree with him.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

They really fucked thats Game up

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 15

Aside from the fact that it's a really great game, and the issues are hardly game breaking.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

The tick rate is only 32 which fucking blows. It's not game braking but it fucks people pretty hard

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Who even cares? Only like 5% of players notice the tick rate. The game shines on tactical gameplay, destructive environment, audio etc.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Ah, the legendary server issues, eh? Iv read about it.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Id like to think I’m decent at this game, I’ve played in challenger league once, I don’t think this game is even close to esports ready

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Play it daily. It's a real stable game atm. Almost every game these days about 2 years after release is polished.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 2

No game is stable with a 32 tick rate

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

Some screw ups are allowed for the unique experience that is Siege... However seeing how Ubisoft is one of the 10 biggest game devs... 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/2 They should not only be rechecking all their updates, but also (at least) noticing glitches within a week of their emergence... Imo

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Still people randomly getting kicked yes its better but still happens imo too much

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Every game they've made after Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

Yeeeees love that game!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The coop was THE. SHIT. One of the best I’ve seen that’s standalone.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Chaos theory was my jam when it came out though

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I still play that every now and then.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Whenever I go to my parents I play it with my dad, good excuse to not do family activities while seaming like I am

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Best game on the original Xbox for sure.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The coop was prime

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yesssss! Only 4 levels but it was the best!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Naked direlands run or gtfo

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's a shame 5 was horrible, but From Software is doing a new mech game at least

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Agreed. I LOVED 2, and all the ones in between up until 4. After that it got stupid with 5. I miss the old AC.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I read when 5 came out it was like the older games, I dont remember much of 2 and 3 but I LOVE 4/FA. AC5 needing online was a bust

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Word on the streets is From's working on another one

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Armor Class

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I always think Asheron's Call. Showing how old I am. And also I'm not sure why since I never played it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm surprised there are other people that know about that game. I played it all the way up until the servers went down.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Chrome Hounds was a great game. But it was more like a tank commander game while AC was more like Gran Turismo but with mech combat.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yeah I didn't like Chrome Hounds but that's probably just because I loved and wanted AC, and it's not that. It's a different thing.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Armored Core 2 was a huge thing for me when I was young

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Anyone play formula front, multiplayer was fun

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fuck yes. AC2 got me into the series, so fucking good. All the PS2 ones rocked, as did AC4 and for answer, then... 5. Ugh.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Those games got complicated.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Got?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

The first and second ones weren't quite as crazy. I bought 4 and dam son.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Ugh, I tried playing AC on the Xbox 360 and pretty much "noped" after the first mission. Which is tragic since the franchise was so awesome

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

You forgot to tweak your back socket targeting missile pod subprocessor. You can't hit shit.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Is that the one with 20 second mission time limits?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

but, but im so hyped for egypt

9 years ago | Likes 49 Dislikes 5

Me too. I fell right into the marketers trap of calling it an rpg, with loot boxes and hitbox and leveling sys.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They need to get rid of the office minigame bullshit.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I know. Every time it's the same shit. "Here's your gun. You get two bullets. We have Hitler, Bin Laden, and... this is Toby Flenderson."

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I am cautiously hyped for Egypt. I enjoyed the last one enough, and Black flag was my second favorite, so I'll give it a chance. Not day 1.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm going to let it come out and see what people say if it, maybe watch a few videos of game play, there has been to many shit ACs

9 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 0

But if you pre order you get some crap and digital clutter. I'll wait for a steam sale once the game is around a year old.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

I preordered the gold edition steelbook because i believe jn Ash and his Dev team. Still excessive but black flag was too goof to not trust

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Give it a few weeks for patches at least, they've got a habit of releasing AC games before they finish making them.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That isn't something we should "give them a chance" on. They should know better by now than to release an unfinished product.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm with you man, the last good one was black flag, and that's mostly because they didn't have the whole assassins vs Templars until the end

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

Same dev team

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've said it once, and I'll say it again. Black Flag was a great pirate game. It was a poor Assassin's Creed game.

Loved Black Flag, but liked Rogue even more. They refined a lot of the ship stuff, and the story was lovely. But fuck Abstergo desk jobs!

For real. Why can’t they just make a damn game without the “current day” bullshit. Just let us be an assassin/Templar IN THE TIME!!
