Cqn we get some more info? Like did they hit an electrical grid and take the power down or was this a simple someone flipped the switch juat to show that they could

11 months ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

https://m.youtube.com/@JakeBroe ... russia has lost around 25% of their oil production this year and after 3 years of russian war crimes like attacking civilian energy infrastructure. Ukraine is now doing the same. Not sure which city this is. But its not the first.

Speed of light vs speed of sound

One two, meet me outside

Russian is too vast to readily defend all of it's airspace from drone and missile strikes even having many times more capacity that Ukraine does. It's a target rich environment for Ukraine.

Good guy Ukrane helping Russia save on their electricity bill.

And as soon as zelensky is done there, id like to borrow him for a month or three. Get him to show our worthless leaders what its like to actually give a shit about your country and ALL of its people. Not just the white, cis male rich population.

President Zelens'kyy should lead Europe and then the entire civilized world. He's the global hero we need.

Payback for what Russia did at the start of the war. No heat, no lights, see how russians like it.
Don't stoop so low as to bomb hospitals tho.

This kills the lights

11 months ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 2

Though obvious, its sort of interesting to see how quickly the lights go out compared to the sound of the explosion. Russia has been trying to freeze Ukrainians in the winter and cut the power necessary to have a functional life and job for more than 3 years now with constant attacks on energy infrastructure. Ukraine has refrained from asymmetrical warfare for most of the war out of fear of upsetting the west. At least ukraine wont be resorting to terror bombing apartments however

Yup, Ukraine's smart, surgical strikes never target or hit apartment buildings. But even if they do, it's the Orcs' fault.

That was pretty close. About 1/3 mile. Well, unless the sound is out of sync with the video.

Night night bitches.

I like that! Does it help?

Russia has worked for years to get Ukraine off fossil fuel. There are no more thermal powerplants left in Ukraine, so it's only logical to continue in Russia.

It impedes any local defense industry. And it rebuts any claims of superiority made by Putin and his clique.

Also very demoralizing to the public.

I'd be pretty peeved if my nation was nearly 4 years into a 3 week 'special operation', my friends and family sent to the front lines to never come back, I've been told everything is fine and suddenly power (and with that, water) is gone too.

I might even write a disgruntled slogan about dear leader.

You'd be sure to live in the first story of a building, yeah?

11 months ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Does turning it off and then back on again reset it to factory settings?

11 months ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 2

Yes. For three years, Ukraine refrained from that, although Russia hammered them and actively tried (admitting so) to destroy electricity and heating infrastructure in Ukraine, especially ahead of winter. Ukraine has adapted. Russia hasn't and arguably can't. It's too much ground to cover with too few resources. Get ready for Russia to cry abuse for tasting its own medicine after 3 years of dishing out.

What this does to help? It makes it harder for ordinary Russians to tune out and treat the>

war as something that happens on TV. It changes Russias calculation of sitting it out and play switcheroo with negotiations, because the hurt they feel has now increased. This *might* help put econonic, material and domestic pressure on Russia to make them feel less laid back and self assured.

To use an example of history, after the first air raids on England, Herrman Göring boasted that if a single enemy plane ever flew over the Reich, he'd wanted to be called Meier. Less than 6 months later, the Nazis were busy trying to stop people falling him Herr Meier. It was a huge embarrassment.

This is why Palestine is not at war. There's no war in Palestine. Only a despicable and animalistic attack on them. Hamas is nobody. They have no army to retaliate.

11 months ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Little bibi also made sure hamas was continually supplied with arms, so he can have reason to keep up the killing too.
