no you want semi gloss clear coat. nerfs the ability to compute any actual image but the camera still works if anyone were to log in and check. takes it a lot longer to figure out what's goin on and eat up up compute time and money on their side trying to process garbage images

correct the cameras use WPA "encryption" for wireless connections and has unsecured Bluetooth communication. Root password is stored locally in hash. once rooted you have access to local video files. but you can do so many more interesting things once rooted. you could brick it. you could inject false video to be processed, your could remove video before its processed, you could encoude the camera to ignore lists of license plates.

Windex contains a bit of ammonia. It is very slow to act and not v effecrive. Solvents like acetone or ethyl acetate will soften PC but do not dissolve it and cause severe surface damage (crazing and clouding.)
Definitely do not use these solvents to clean transparent polycarbonate! Acetone is readily purchased in hardware stores.
If you out these in a sprayer be sure to test it wifh a small amount first. Polyethylene or polypropylene bottles will work ok but the spray mechanism may not last.

Be sure you look for Windex that has ammonia in it, and maybe add additional pneumonia to it, because I just tried it in my lab and it does nothing to polycarbonate

Blue loctite threadlocker gel absolutely must not be used on polycarbonate, because it contains acetone, and it will simply destroy PC.

When you use it, you can dispense it using the squeeze bottle or you could simply put some on a small paint brush such as a 75 cent solder flux brush and keep it in a Ziploc until you need it.
These disposable brushes work well for applying to bolts and other curved surfaces.

Need to sand through paint. Then put gloves on, dip a finger in, spread on expose pole. It's kinda slow acting so it'll fall hours later.
