Textile art from Finland

I'm a weaver from Finland. Atm I weave only as a hobby, due to lack of time and space. But here are some of my work. These are all babywearing wraps.

This first is Puunhalaaja (Treehugger). I won a Finnish weaving competition with this.

The Outer Limits.

I was not a crafty person at all before, but my friend lured me to weaving class 5 years ago and got me fully hooked. I dye the yarns I use and design almost all of the patterns myself. Takes my mind away from stress. Best part is seeing how the weft works with the warp and how it all mixes together to make something new.
