So the party of "keeping women safe" is putting "women" at risk by forcing trans-men to use womens' restrooms where they will sooner or later be accused of being men and perverts, have store employees and police called on them, and get "outted" in a public fashion that could all too easily result in them being ostracized by their community to the point where their already "at risk" status will almost assuredly worsen thereby making them significantly less safe? Sounds about on point.

It's not actually about the bathrooms, fascism can only operate with a target to blame everything on and they always start with those who have the least power. Right now it's immigrants and trans people, and if they're left unchecked they'll just work their way up until all but the 1% are under complete control.

The people writing the law also don't care about bathrooms. The point is to push trans people out of public life, as completely as possible. We are confronted for using the bathroom of our gender, we're confronted if we don't. The end result is being unable to use restrooms outside of our own house.

You know what the result of the whole "men will use women's restrooms" fear mongering on the national level resulted in changing where I live in Illinois? Pretty much all single occupancy restrooms these days are unisex first come first serve. Places like malls that have multi person restrooms have installed family use restrooms. It's not that hard to make this a non issue.

in almost all restaurants/ pubs and shopping centers there’s a
Male and Female as well as a Unisex bathroom that caters for people who use wheel chairs, have a changing station for parents or anyone else who is happy to use that space
