Likely true. Everyone has a small blind spot in each eye in the same spot due to biology. Our brain sorta makes up what it thinks is there.
It doesnt make it up. It constructs it using images from both eyes. The blind spots don't overlap.

Ever since my first one I've developed a light sensitivity and it's much harder to look at reflective surfaces.

Likely true. Everyone has a small blind spot in each eye in the same spot due to biology. Our brain sorta makes up what it thinks is there.

It doesnt make it up. It constructs it using images from both eyes. The blind spots don't overlap.

My experience is that you see whatever your brain thinks you see. Which can get really fucky at times.

I'd compare it to TV static. I had a temporary blindness in one eye caused by a migraine. It was not black or white but just no signal
